These terms cover use of the Boho Digital Services website. Project work is governed by the separate agreement accepted for that engagement.
Informational site
The website describes Boho's services, approach, resources, and ways to begin a conversation. Content is provided for general business information.
A website page, email exchange, or conversation does not replace a written project scope, quote, or agreement.
Starting a client relationship
Browsing the site or sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship. A project begins through a separately accepted agreement that defines scope, responsibilities, price, timing, ownership, access, and other terms.

Intellectual property and permitted use
Original Boho site text, design, marks, and other materials may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission, except where a separate license applies.
