Use, retention, and security
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential work, operate and secure the website, understand site performance, and maintain business records connected to a conversation or project.
Form intake database records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. A notification copy delivered to business email, later correspondence, and records connected to an active or completed engagement may be retained only as long as reasonably useful for the conversation, contractual or accounting needs, security, or applicable legal obligations. Access is limited to people and providers that need it for the relevant work.
