FAQ
A page or section that answers recurring user questions in a structured, scannable form.
Also called: FAQs, frequently asked questions
Definition
A frequently asked questions section groups concise answers to real questions that arise during evaluation or use. It should support the surrounding page and customer decision rather than repeat generic filler written only for keywords.
Why it matters
Useful FAQs can address objections, clarify process, expose important internal links, and reduce repeated pre-sale or support questions.
Common misunderstanding
An FAQ section is not automatically eligible for a special search result and structured data does not excuse weak or invisible content.
